How Factoring Works
Staffing agencies often face difficulties with cash flow while waiting to receive payment from the health care company. You need to pay the temp staff, but if you haven’t received the money yet, that can be pretty difficult. We step in to take care of that for you.
When you sign with us, you can continue your usual business by sending temporary staff members to their placements. Upon invoicing, submit the invoice to us via the online portal or email and we will verify the invoice. From there, we advance you the cash for up to 97% of the total, allowing you to pay your staff members.
Meanwhile, we will handle getting payment from the health care client and then send you the remaining amount, minus a small fee for our services. You never have to pay set up fees or worry about dealing with collections yourself . . . we’ll handle it all.

It’s easy to get started! Complete the application and submit your accounts receivable aging report, articles of incorporation, and a list of customers with your credit limit request. You’ll also need to submit your rate confirmation agreement or purchase order.
